Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment of Products

To have an accurate calculation of the shipping cost, each product should be bought separately. Also, due to the fragile nature of the products each will be packed separately. The product dimensions indicated under “additional information” include their packaging. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. We thank you in advance for your understanding and collaboration. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 6 weeks. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order (out of stock), we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the buyer depending on the shipment plan chosen during checkout. However, if the shipment plan does not include this option, talinesart will confirm shipment by email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

talinesart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. International orders may incur additional customs and import· All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

talinesart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All products are packaged according to required guidelines. If you receive your order damaged, please contact talinesart within 24 hours after reception of the product at info@talinesart.com.
